Buying our goods - We have tried to make the process of buying our goods very simple. Powered by Roman Cart, our shopping basket is very straightforward - just click on your page of interest in www.coolladygolfer.co.uk and look below the product item you wish to buy. Click on the 'add to basket' link and you will be re-directed to the shopping basket.
Check your purchase and proceed either with the 'continue shopping' button or, if you have finished shopping, click the 'checkout' button. You can check the contentents of your basket at any time by clicking on the 'View Basket' situated on the left hand side of most pages.
You will then be asked to supply your details for us to be able to proceed with your order. (see privacy below)
Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by e-mail and, in the case of a cheque payment, we will hold your order until we have received, and cleared, your funds.
Payment - Payment methods are by cheque, credit/debit card or by PayPal. We do not accept postal cash. Payments by credit/debit card are securely processed by PayPal on our behalf. Please note that and you do not have to have a PayPal account to be able to remit your payment by credit/debit card.
Product Delivery, Post and Packing - Delivery schedules depend on the product purchased. Normally, for stock items we would expect to ship your items within FIVE working days from receipt of payment Delivery is by Royal Mail, First Class post, unless otherwise arranged.
Should we have a problem with your delivery for any reason we will e-mail you and, if you are then not satisfied with our service we will give you the opportunity of cancelling your order.
Back Orders - If the item you require is out of stock we will e-mail you accordingly and give you the chance to cancel your order at that time.
Order Cancellation - You may cancel an order for any reason as long as this is done by e-mail to our sales department at least 24 hours prior to the goods being shipped from our warehouse. Cancellations which are notified to us too late to prevent shipment must be treated as 'return items' as described below.

We can only accept returns of goods which are unused and still in their original wrapping or goods which are faulty in some way. We will use our best endeavours to refund the purchase price of any returned goods accepted by us by return. We are not able to refund the cost of postage.
